2020 SEASON CANCELLED
Dear parents and players, coaches and volunteers;
It is with a heavy heart, and after careful consideration with York Simcoe Baseball Association, South Simcoe Minor Baseball Association and our executive, we announce that the 2020 baseball season is officially cancelled.
REFUND INFORMATION IS NOW AVAILABLE UNDER "REGISTRATION"
This decision did not come lightly and several factors influenced our decision making:
-Difficulty implementing the Return to Sport protocol provided by Baseball Ontario.
-Inability to ensure the health and well-being of our players; coaches and volunteers.
-Game scheduling challenges, as several organizations in our areas have already cancelled.
-The game would be altered, and therefore we risk players not enjoying the year and with the younger ones, discouraging them from wanting to play.
-Many parents already have shared their concerns and reluctance to allow their child to play.
We thank you all for your patience and understanding.
